1978 was one of those years. Three nights at the Pyramids of Giza in September — the final show under a total lunar eclipse. The triumphant "From Egypt With Love" homecoming run at Winterland in October. Then December 31st, the Closing of Winterland, Jerry launching into Sugar Magnolia as balloons hit the floor. Wolf was in his hands for all of it.
