Initiate Your Request
Log in to your eDeadShop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
